Frequently Asked Questions

What is in-home pet care?

In-home pet care allows your pets to stay comfortable in their own environment while

receiving personalized care. It helps maintain their routine, reduces stress, and avoids

exposure to illnesses often found in boarding facilities.

What’s included in a dog walk or mid-day potty break?

Services are customized to your pet’s needs and may include walks or supervised yard time,

play and interaction, feeding and fresh water, and medication administration.

How many visits per day do you offer?

Visit frequency depends on your pet’s needs. We’ll work with you to create a schedule that

ensures proper care, comfort, and routine. Cats require at least one visit per day.

Can you administer medication?

Yes. We are experienced in administering pills, liquids, injections, and topical medications

following your instructions.

What happens if my pet becomes sick or injured?

We will provide immediate care, contact you, and notify your veterinarian right away so

your pet receives prompt attention.

Can others access my home during service?

For safety and liability reasons, we ask that all access be discussed in advance.

Unauthorized visitors may result in service cancellation.

Do you accept last-minute bookings?

Yes. We do our best to accommodate last-minute requests. Additional fees apply for

bookings within 48 hours, with higher rates under 24 hours.

What types of animals do you care for?

We care for a wide variety of animals including dogs, cats, birds, small animals, and farm

animals like horses, goats, and chickens.

What is your extreme weather policy?

Your pet’s safety comes first. During extreme weather, we adjust visits to ensure safe potty

breaks while limiting exposure to harsh conditions.

Do I need to provide supplies?

Yes. Please provide all necessary supplies such as waste bags, cleaning products, food, and

any special care items.

Are leashes required?

Yes. All dogs must remain on a leash outside of your home or yard for safety.

Are vaccinations required?

Yes. Pets must be up to date on rabies and Bordetella vaccinations.

Who are your pet sitters?

Our sitters are background-checked, insured, experienced, and passionate about providing

loving, reliable care. We provide visit updates for your peace of mind.
